Mr. Sanjay Kumar Malik is the senior partner of the firm and fellow practicing member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He did his graduation from Shri Ram college of Commerce, Delhi University. He has total experience of more than 35 years in handling tax advisory, compliance and litigation and tax planning. His expertise includes assisting clients in withholding tax obligations, scrutiny assessments, liasoning with departmental officials. He has also been advising clients on various issues relating to Goods and Service tax and handling GST Managed services and have successfully argued several indirect tax cases relating to VAT, service tax and customs before tribunals and other appellate authorities.

Garv Malik, a commerce graduate from Sri Guru Gobind Singh college of commerce is a qualified chartered accountant. His work exposure includes assisting clients in preparation and e-filling of Income tax returns for individuals and corporates and is actively involved in various tax planning and corporate tax issues. Being the youngest member of our family, has a good convincing ability and plays a proactive role in corporate tax issues, department follow up and refund related matters.

Mr. Sanjeev Verma, graduated in commerce from Delhi University before getting enrolled at the Bar at Delhi High Court as early as in 1983. He is the mainstay association of the Firm since its inception, having expertise in the field of Indirect Taxation besides the Direct Taxes. His humble way of Representation before the Tax Authorities is inimitable and has made many friends for all times. His deftness lies in his practical understanding of the way businesses operate pan-India, crossing over the borders of various Indian states where local laws too come in play. His in-depth knowledge of accounting provides him with an edge in the management and the planning for our esteemed

Mr. Prateek Verma, a lawyer with over 10 years of experience specializes in Tax Litigation and advisory. He completed his Masters in taxation and has extensive experience in advising clients across a range of industries. His forte lies in Direct tax planning and tax management and assisting clients in litigation matters till the Appellate level. Also, Mr. Prateek has rich experience in advising clients to complex indirect tax issues, tax compliance reviews and GST Audit. Passionate, positive attitude and always enthusiastic are best adverbs to describe him.

Mrs. Radhika Verma, qualified with distinction in Commerce (Hons.) from Hansraj College, then went on to complete Chartered Accountancy from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Radhika brings over 7 years of experience in Tax advisory to our direct tax team and specializes in International Taxation. Her expertise includes advising clients and helping non- residents fulfil the compliance requirement in India. She has been advising clients on entire gamut of contemporary issues relating to Direct Taxation, appeals and various cross border transactions involving Treaty interpretation.
